Terms of use

Last updated 19 October 2026

By playing Panenka you agree to these few rules. They are short on purpose.

A free game, still growing

Panenka is free to play. It is a young game: rules, cards, numbers and features change as it grows, and we may reset progress, leaderboards or stats when the game needs it. We do our best to keep it running, but can't promise it is always available or free of bugs.

Guests keep nothing

Without an account you play as a guest. Guest runs, the cards you win in them and your guest stats are not kept by us and can be lost at any time, for example when you close the tab or clear your browser.

Play fair

• No cheating, bots, scripts or tools that play or decide for you.
• No exploiting bugs: tell us about them instead.
• No attacks on the site or its servers, no overloading them, no scraping.

We may block anyone who breaks these rules.

Cards and coins

Cards, coins and everything else in the game have no money value, can't be exchanged for money and belong to the game, not to the player.

Invented football

Every player, club and coach in Panenka is invented. Any likeness to real people or clubs is a coincidence. Panenka is not linked to or endorsed by any football league, federation, club or video game publisher.

Our work

The game, its art, music and text are ours; please don't copy or reuse them without asking. Fonts and other assets made by others keep their own licences.

Liability

Panenka is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress or for damage from using the game. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes with them. These terms are governed by Italian law. Questions: [email protected].
